INSIDE STORY - SERVICES

To simplify the whole process of selection we have segregated our service in two different categories:

* Standard
* Customized

Irrespective of the service the customer chooses our basic materials like plywood, Block board, and other Hardware materials remain the same as specified for INSIDE STORY projects. The difference in the costing is primarily due to finishes.

STANDARD

We also call it as Rental Package and suggest to our customers who wish to rent out their apartment and does not want to spend too much on the Interiors.

Finishes:

For Standard Package we recommend Laminate finish for external surfaces and laminate finish for internal surfaces.

Standard Dimensions:

For Basic Package we recommend some standard sizes for the wardrobes like a 3 shutter wardrobe of size 4’6”x8’0” or a 2 shutter sliding wardrobe of size 6’0”x8’0”.

Carpentry Items:

For Basic Package we recommend customers to go in for the following carpentry items:

Modular Kitchen (without HOB & Chimney)
Standard wardrobe sizes- 3 shutter or 2 shutter sliding wardrobes for bedrooms
Mirrors& glass shelf in the Toilets
Curtain Rods for all windows
Wallpapers (as the design requirement)

Specifications:

We use only Branded materials for all our woodwork and hardware requirements. Common Brands of Plywood used are Greenply, Uniply or Equivalent. For Hardware and Accessories we only use Hettich, Ebco, Enox or Equivalent Brands.

Cost Parameters:

The Basic package will cost approximately between 3.5 lakhs* to 4.5 lakhs* for a 2 BHK and between 4.5 lakhs* to 5.5 lakhs* for a 3 BHK.

Time Frame:

We will require approximately 3-5weeks for 2 BHK and 4-6 weeks for 3 BHK for the completion of Interior works for standard package.

Lighting Package:

We are extensively tied up with electrical vendors and undertake light fittings and fixtures Costing at approximately 50k* to 75k* for a 2 BHK and 75k* to 100k* for a 3 BHK.

**The above mentioned rates are only indicative and approximate. The actual value will depend on the detail drawings and finishes as selected by clients. The Rates are also subject to revision depending on the prevailing material rates.

CUSTOMIZED

Depending upon Clients requirements we will design and visualize it to the client and then execute as per the design approvals.

* The Cost for the customized will be arrived upon after the finalization of detailed designs and finishes, nevertheless we will provide with a estimate at the time of initiation to give you a rough idea about the budgeting.
